The majority of the products on Eternz come with a 7 days return policy which can extend up to 30 days depending on the brand and product type. The same is applicable post-delivery of the product. Please refer to the product page for further details.
For any refunds (post-order delivery), please expect your refund via the original mode of payment usually in 5 to 7 business days after successful return of products. Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.
Products of the “Made to order” type can be exchanged for a similar or higher value product. Please refer to the product page for accurate exchange, refund & replacement details.

Incase the consignment has been dispatched: We will deliver the product back to our warehouse & initiate the refund. Incase the consignment has not been dispatched: The refund will happen post-order & customer verification. The company reserves the right to charge payment gateway surcharge (of up to 5%) while initiating refunds; In case the company suspects bulk order or any payment-related fraud, the company may ask the payee for further KYC details. In such cases, the company reserves the right to process payment in a 30-business-day timeline & report to the relevant authorities.
